Services
Engagements are hands-on. You get working systems, signed agreements and models your team can keep using after we step back.
Scheduling, billing, records, hiring and the daily workflows that keep a service business running without the owner in every decision.
Partnership and channel deals, from first proposal to signed terms. We structure revenue shares and pilots so both sides are protected.
Unit economics, breakeven, pricing and scenario models built in a spreadsheet you can open, question and update yourself.
Market entry, supplier and sourcing strategy, and business plans for new ventures and expansions.
How we work
Most projects run four to twelve weeks. Ongoing advisory is available once the foundation is in place.
We review your numbers, contracts and workflows, and talk to the people doing the work.
We build the financial picture and agree on what success looks like before anything changes.
We put the systems, agreements and pricing in place alongside your team.
You get documentation, trained staff and a model you own, so the work lasts.

About
Kaldri was founded on a simple idea: good businesses stall when operations, partnerships and numbers aren't working together.
Jacie pairs an MBA and a degree in quantitative analysis with years of hands-on operating leadership. She has led operations, finance and strategy work for businesses across healthcare, energy, technology, hospitality and professional services, managing operating budgets, payroll, vendor contracts, inventory and financial reporting while leading multidisciplinary teams.
Her work spans finance and operations: building membership programs that created new recurring revenue, launching new service lines, renegotiating vendor contracts to cut costs, and putting hiring, onboarding and training systems in place that kept good people. She has also prepared board-level reporting for a nonprofit, handled regulatory reporting and compliance in banking, and built financial models and scenario analysis for strategic planning.
That mix shapes how Kaldri works. We look at the spreadsheet and the front desk with the same attention, and we stay until the new way of working runs without us.
